At the end of the strip, across from Riu next to Courtyard  Marriott, dining at Rich's was like a quick trip to the city w/o extra effort.  The food was truly authentic Arubian cuisine with a home feel, full of flavor and love. No reservations needed and the restaurant is owned and operated by a local chef and his family. Highly recommended. If you are looking for local food while visiting Aruba, this place is it. The food was excellently seasoned. Plantains sweet and ripe. Stews and sauces flavorful and fresh. Great Local Arubian Good
Loved this location, it’s just hidden inside the Mill, my family is from Aruba and Grenada and one of the things that bothers me is the food in Aruba around tourists spots caters to tourists, which occasionally is fine, but I’m an advocate of being proud of ones culture.. I’d have to go to San Nicolas or family home for home food in Aruba… well this restaurant catches the essence of local food and I’m here for it. Fungi and fried fish amazing (Grenada calls it cou-cou with fried fish) but same thing.. it was really good and I highly recommend it

Outstanding find! Rich’s Arubian Restaurant offers a wonderful taste of the Caribbean, with dishes representing flavors from across the region. It’s family-owned—the husband is from the Dominican Republic and his wife, pictured at the far left, is native Arubian—and their love and passion for Caribbean food really come through.

Everything was flavorful and had its own unique flair. Our kids loved the plantains and rice and beans, while the Arubian chicken and Venezuelan beef dishes were outstanding—distinctive, memorable, and absolutely delicious.

My wife and I stopped here for dinner during our second day in Aruba. The host was extremely welcoming and all of the food was excellent. I had the galina soba, which was delicious. Excellent!  My son had the oxtail, I had the Arubian flag which was delicious, my wife had the land & sea skewers and my daughter has the filet - all excellent!  And they gave is complimentary meat soup to start which was fantastic.  And the staff was friendly and engaging- definitely will go back on next visit to Aruba

A must-visit spot for authentic Aruban food and also cuisine from other islands. The ambiance is great as is the service. Way better value and flavor than anything on the Palm Beach Strip. Only wish we'd discovered it sooner than the last night of our trip!

If you want authentic Aruban food, this is the place you need to come to! Such kind staff, incredible food and over all authentic experience. My family could not believe that even hotel staff did not know of this place and we were so beyond grateful we looked at the reviews because this was one of the best restaurants we went to. Our server and bartender, Michael, was so attentive making sure we had everything we needed and the food came out to our liking. I wish I caught the name of the chef, but whoever it was made some of the most delicious food we’ve had in Aruba. I would recommend this place 10/10 times when you take our vacation in Aruba!

The service was impeccabile! The food was amazing! The food was so fresh and Authentic! you could really taste the quality in every bite. I ordered the oxtail, and it was absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. What made the experience even better was the staff; everyone was so kind, attentive, and welcoming. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be coming back!!!!! Definately !!

We had a great meal here. Dinner was amazing and prices Were great. Our waitress nicol was able to recommend dishes. Sit outside. The patio Blocks the wind and makes For great ambiance. Def would Come back. Very Nice kids menu as well. Located In the mill so walking distance to the high rise hotels. 5/5 will come Back

Rich’s Arubian Dish and Caribbean Delight!
We celebrated our 50th anniversary at Rich’s Arubian Dish and Caribbean Delight, and it was a wonderful experience! Richard, the owner, and Nicor, our waitress, were absolutely amazing and made our celebration feel truly special. They have a large menu with plenty of choices. The chicken curry was rich and flavorful, and the jerk chicken was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The customer service was exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. A perfect place for a special celebration. Highly recommend!

So running to find something authentic in Aruba besides all the big restaurants I came into Rich.. And as he was closing down I ask him does he have anything available because we have yet to have anything Aruban.. And he made.. Keshi Yena.. Rich was so kind he was out cook our bartender and server... Felt like we were at his home and he was cooking for his family... We had a blast

My trip to Aruba in September 2025 was absolutely amazing! So much to see around the island. Also, they have an incredible restaurant in Palm Beach at the Mill Town Resort close to the beach and hotels. The restaurant is Rich’s Arubian Dishes & Caribbean Delight. They food is top notch focusing on high quality. My waitress, Nicole, was super friendly and nice! I ordered the Escargot in garlic herb butter sauce and the broiled salmon. They have fresh lemonade or lime. That was refreshing. But...I got the cabrito stoba. That goat musta been on life support before they served it to me. Like based on the toughness or chewiness, it was a goat yanked out the nursing home. Damn shame. Maybe he was in the middle of a bridge game. Amazing experience! This restaurant is a hidden gem! If you want to experience some delicious island food, this is the place! Good local authentic food for a fair price and great service
Service was great. Waitress was very nice and prompt. Food was good, really like the authentic options. We visited twice for dinner and enjoyed both. I will say the meat in the goat stew, though the menu claimed tender, was anything but. Other than that one issue the food was wonderful service was great.
